Booking policy

Dear customer!

Please note that the prices are indicative. Your reservation is only valid if it has been confirmed by us in some form (e.g. e-mail, phone).

In case you wish to cancel your reservation, you can contact us by e-mail or phone!

For new customers, reservations are only available upon payment of a 50% deposit. You will receive an email or SMS with a notification of the deposit payment after the reservation. The deposit can be paid by credit card via OTP SimplePay. The deposit is non-refundable if cancelled within 48 hours.

If you are unable to arrive at the reserved time for any reason, please let us know in time. Due to the time needed for rescheduling, cancellations / changes to the appointment can be made free of charge 24 hours before the booked time (by e-mail or phone), taking into account the opening hours.

Your data will be treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties!
