Please read the following terms carefully before booking an appointment. By booking an appointment, you accept the salon’s booking and cancellation policy.

Appointment Confirmation
An appointment becomes valid only after it has been confirmed by our system (for example via email or message).
Prices listed are indicative. Minor adjustments may occur depending on the specific service provided.

Booking Deposit
For new clients, appointments require a booking deposit (with the exception of a few lower-value services).
The deposit amount is 50% of the service price, which can be paid through our booking system using bank card payment via the OTP SimplePay platform.
After booking, a payment notification will be sent via email and/or SMS.
For existing clients, a deposit is generally not required. However, in the case of repeated late cancellations or missed appointments, the salon reserves the right to request a deposit for future bookings.

Cancellation or Rescheduling
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance via email or phone.
In this case, the appointment can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge.

Cancellation Within 24 Hours / No-Show
If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, the full service fee becomes payable.
This is because the reserved time slot cannot be offered to another guest on such short notice.
In the event of a missed appointment (no-show) or a late cancellation, the salon reserves the right to provide a new appointment only after the outstanding fee has been settled or a booking deposit has been paid.

Deposit Refund Policy
Booking deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled within 48 hours, as the reserved time slot results in a loss for the salon.
If the appointment is cancelled more than 48 hours in advance, the deposit can be transferred to a new appointment.

Payment Methods at the Salon
The following payment methods are accepted at the salon:
• cash
• bank transfer
• Revolut money transfer
Please note that card payments are currently not available at the salon.

Salon Etiquette
To ensure a smooth and relaxing experience for all guests, we kindly ask that you:
• arrive on time for your appointment
• attend your appointment without companions
• minimize mobile phone use during the treatment
In case of late arrival, the treatment time may be shortened or the salon reserves the right to cancel the appointment.

Invoicing
The salon operates under the Hungarian KATA tax scheme, therefore invoices can only be issued to private individuals.
Invoices cannot be issued to businesses with a tax number.
